Hello. I have for sale, my Father and I?s 2012 Carolina Skiff 198 DLV. The boat is equipped with the 115 Suzuki engine and has less than 15 hours of use. We have decided to get something a little bigger, due to wanting to go a little further offshore, while yet fishing inshore on sloppy days.
Boat is 19' long, 96" wide, and will draft 6"-9" of water. Weight is 1660lbs with no trailer.
Here is a list of options:
-3 piece cushion set for entire bow
-Lowerance HDS7 w/ standard transducer (Side scan capable but not equipped)
-Clarion Marine Radio (Pandora, Bluetooth, CD, & Ipod)
-JBL 6X9 Marine Speakers (2) in bow
-Dual Marine Batteries on Perko switch
-Minn Kota Riptide SP Saltwater Bow Trolling Motor w/ Co-pilot remote control
-Dedicated Marine Battery for trolling Motor
-Dedicated Charging Bank for trolling Motor w/ plug
-Single Axle Wesco Trailer w/ guidepost
-Folding swing away tongue on trailer
-Reversable leaning post w/ cooler underneath
-Windshield bar above windscreen is removable (able to fit underneath garage door)
-Large bimini top (red)
-Premium boat and engine cover (grey)
-Livewell in rear corner of boat
Since day one, non-ethanol fuel has been used exclusively. Sta-bil was used to keep fuel fresh during the winter and boat was stored under a covered barn. The boat and trailer has been washed inside and out after every outing and boat has been waxed every third outing. The engine has been flushed after every outing for at least 15 minutes (yes I am anal). The boat is perfect in every way, except one small spot on the gunnel where the bimini rubs when it is folded. Boat has had its first full service and adjustments including the lower unit oil and engine oil. Boat is currently located in Ocean Isle, NC at vacation home, but primary residence is in Sanford, NC. Title is in hand.
$22,500 is the price. Price is somewhat negotiable, but boat is priced well compared to the cost of a brand new one optioned like this one. I have sold a boat, truck, and several other things on this forum and they can all attest to my honesty and the impeccable condition that I keep my things. This is a brand new boat for a lot less than a brand new one. More pictures will be posted after this weekend, when we will be at the beach to take them. Thanks for looking.
