Well, grad school is finally over and my loans are coming due- and while I've just finished a complete 3 year refit of this boat (down to the stringers, new seacast transom, new fuel tanks, new electrical, new trim tabs, all new pumps and lights, new deck, added outboard bracket w/ swim platform, custom mohagany gunwale caps & helm pod, 6 coats of interlux barrierkote w/ fresh bottom paint, new transom livewell, tons of extra goodies, t-top, 400 hour SWSII 250 yamaha with rebuilt lower unit, 2 stainless props, electronics, stainless rubrail, new paint all around, etc etc etc -way too much to list), I am interested to see what offers she might bring in from guys who appreciate what they're looking at. It's a gorgeous vessel that turns heads and draws admiration from other boaters everwhere I take her. I built her for heavy use in sloppy fall seas chasing stripers in the Northeast.
She runs an incredibly smooth/flat 42mph (w/o working tabs) and the single outboard- while not all that efficient for a single, is wayyy more efficient than the twins you'd get on comparable boats this size. She has a few little quirks and finishing touches which I was going to continue to tinker with, but I used her happilly all summer with no problems.
I've documented her 3 year renovation online both on THT and on my own build site so I have hundreds of pictures of the process and a brand new survey from this spring appraising her at $47K. I have a full book of receipts, warranties, manuals, etc. It would be sold with a 2 axle aluminum trailer (no brakes) with new extended bunks.
Let me know if you're seriously interested-
