time to move up in size and let this one go to a new home.

There isn't much on this boat in the way of electronics. The Lenco trim tabs
work. I put a new control box in about 2 years ago. The Bob's Jackplate
works and I replaced the JP switch Spring of 2016...and that's about it.
Pretty simple boat. The cooler chocks in the pictures fit a 50 qt Icy
Tek, and I'll include it if the new owner wants it. It's got a snap on
seat cushion. Speaking of seat cushions, I've got the original bench
seat cushion and it's in pretty good shape.
I assume anyone that buys this thing is going to refit and repower, but
here's the deal on the powerhead: The motor was running hot, so I did
the usual...replaced the water pump, checked the t-stat poppet, etc.
Still ran hot, so I tried to remove the water jacket on the exhaust
manifold to see if it was slagged up. I broke off 11 of the 14 bolts in
the block. 10 of them are broken off at the bolt head, so someone with a
torch and a pair of vice-grips could probably get them out. Bolt # 11
is broken off in the block...then for good measure I broke off an
easy-out in it. It will probably need to be blasted out with an EDM
machine, or ground out and tapped. Other than that, the compression is
124 on all 3 cylinders and I had all 3 carbs rebuilt in 2015 with the
Yamaha OEM rebuild kits. I replaced the fuel pump at the same time, and I
replaced the plugs spring of 2016. The Lower unit is in great shape,
and I replaced the tilt trim motor in Fall of 2016. I've even got the
new Yamaha OEM Water Jacket and gaskets sitting in a box.
The trailer is in decent shape, and has been maintained. I live 190
miles from salt water, and I'm uber-paranoid about breaking down on the
side of the road. I replaced leaf springs and hubs in fall of 2014, and
the tires are new (when I did the hubs and springs, and they all worked as of this
afternoon when I pulled the boat out to take pictures.
Now for the pictures. I've tried to give as honest an assessment of the
the boat here as I can. She has been fished, and there is some
rash...but for her age she's in great shape and there aren't any
structural issues. I love the look of dark gelcoat, but man does it show
every little thing. I've included a picture of the powerhead damage in case someone wants to take that on and get the motor running.
