I moved up to a 35B and hate to see this boat not being used, so I'm going to let her go. She is in a fresh water slip on the Appomattox River in Colonial Heights, Va. Here's what we've got:
1989 Grady White 280 Marlin
32'7" LOA, 10'7" beam, 1'6" draft.
2 - 150 gal. fuel tanks, gives it a range of over 300 miles.
Powered by twin 1999 Mercury 225 Optimax's with only 850 hours, running Mirage+ 19p stainless props (2 spare Mirage 17p also included).
It has a 24 knot cruise with 1.3 mpg fuel burn. Tops out at 35 knots.
Electronics include a Lowrance HDS 10 at helm (w/ EP60R fuel flow meters) linked to HDS 5 on tower, Furuno 1761 Mark III 48 mile radar, Furuno FCV 667 bottom sounder, Garmin 182C GPS, Icom VHS and remote spot light.
A Custom Marlin Tower with hydraulic steering, upper controls and a Lowrance HDS 5.
16' Lee Outriggers, center rigger, 6 rod rocket launchers and 6 more rod holders in gunnels.
Built in transom live well / fish box and raw water wash down pump.
The rear cockpit deck has been replaced & finished with Line-X. When deck was replaced the fuel lines from the tanks to both engines were replaced, the copper hydraulic steering lines were replaced with new high pressure plastic lines, 4 new Deka batteries were installed, and all the above water thru hull fittings were also replaced. It is a '89 model so it's not perfect, but looks "reel" good for it's age!
A 2010 Hi Tech 15,000# aluminum tri-axle trailer is also included. $27,500
