2004 Key West 1720 Sportsman in Excellent Condition with a 2005 90 HP Evinrude E-TEC. (Only 212hrs)
Priced to sell at $10,000.
First off this boat is truly an exceptional boat with the proper match of Boat/Motor. (42mph WOT with light load; 38 Normal load; Cruises at 30mph 4000rpms, not sure of MPG but its really really good. 5-6mpg+ minimum.) It has been meticulously taken care of , stored properly and maintained. (Waxed at least 3 times a year, and treated with Starbrite PTEF every time its taken out of the water) Only reason I'm selling is to upgrade to a larger boat that can handle the Chesapeake Bay better with a couple more people.
Boat's back story. I'm the 2nd Owner. Boat was stored in a boat house with Key West OEM cover in North Carolina on a fresh water lake and had 60 hours when i purchased. E-Tec's EMM/Power head was completely replaced by Evinrude due to a manufacturing issue. New EMM/Power head were brand new, factory warrantied and installed by Evinrude Technicians. This is why there is a small discrepancy between Boat hours (212hrs) and EMM hours(151hrs). Once I purchased the boat it i was more of the same as for maintenance and upkeep. Stored dry, covered, and always cleaned after each use. Has only been in Saltwater 2 times ever! 99.9% of usage has been fresh water and for fishing.

In summary, this boat is ready to go and probably one of the nicer 1720's you'll run into. I've added a bunch of Pictures and tried to capture every single small issue there is. (Scratch, chipped paint, etc..) If there isn't a picture of it, its safe to assume its a non issue and in Perfect condition. Please let me know if you want me to take a picture of any area not shown and feel free to contact me with any questions.

BTW: Boat is currently located at my home in West Virginia but I'm willing to drive a reasonable distance to help deliver free of charge. (I travel to NC very often and would be willing to extend the 100 miles if it would help the Buyer in that direction?) Boat pulls Excellent with no sway and I currently pull it with a V6 Toyota 4 Runner with no issues what so ever.
