Hi all, it is with a sad heart that I have to post my girl up for sale, I went in on a 23 SeaCraft on the site. I'll miss this rig so much, it has been such an awesome boat for us.
Up for sale is a 1992 Mako 21' 10' powered by a 1998 Mercury 225hp Offshore series. The hull is in amazing shape, the gelcoat has a beutiful shine to it. It comes with a T-top with Black canvas. It has a nice Todd Electronics Box included. The boat also has a flip forward leaning post with storage tray made by Salt Shaker in Florida.
It has hydrolic steering which is run through the side wall to the engine, all the rigging is run through Mercury Rigging Hose which cleans up the back end nicely.
It has a new white Taco Rub Rail with Stainless Steel insert. We have replaced the windsheild last year, it is brand new. We have also replaced the MAKO21 Placards last year so those are new as well. Another nice addition was the 3 spoke Stainless Steel steering wheel with the suicide knob, which was new last year. The bow rail was removed to bring out the lines in the hull, the holes have been filled and gelgoated.
We had custom Mako gauge panels made for the top of the console and the front face.
The Merc runs awesome, good even compression, and pumps strong water. It pushes the hull in the mid 40s. I bought the engine with 300hrs on it and use the boat 60hrs a year for the past 5 years, so total is about 500-600hrs. Compression is nice and even, 105 to 110 psi on all six.
The lower unit is 1 year old with a 3 year warranty.
It sits on a great dual axle Aluminator trailer which is in excellent condition, tows very nicely.
Comes with a Garmin 198c Color, GPS, Chartplotter, and sonar, good solid unit. Just wanted to add the Hull is a 1992 it is not perfect. There's some dings usual wear and tear. Also I showed he boat many times prior to being Shrinkwrapped so it is very dirty from people trouncing in and out. I also have not cleaned the scum line off the boat. It's a days clean and she"ll be as shiny as these pics (they were taken in June of last year). Also he has tank is orginal, I inspect smell for gas fumes all he time and I don't smell it. That being said with these boats u can assume it will need to be done at some point.
