This boat was originally built by Rob Young for his father.
The boat like all young 20s is a 3 piece construction boat, - hull ,cap and liner
Since this boat was built in
2001 Young has not changed the hull. The same mold that made my hull is the same design as the one they use today.
After Robs dad had the boat for several years Young Boats sold the boat to a Dr who lives in Miami Florida. In 2007 The Dr brought the boat back to Young Boats and had the new style cap put on the boat at that time the boat was completely disassembled and built again with the new cap an all plumbing pumps and hoses were changed. At that time they put on a 2007 Cap that included all new hatches, wells, hinges, everything. The same Hull cap is the same as they use on their new boats today. The underside of the hatches are all finished and have
the Young logo. Also not pictured I have a new front deck cushion that covers the entire front deck for sandbar or tubing days with the family.
I bought the boat from the Dr in 2011. In 2012 I brought the boat back to Young and had it rewired. The console was removed and
and the wiring was done to be exactly like the 2012 boats. The under console wiring looks like a text book diagram on how a boat should be wired. In 2013 I bought a new Trailer for the boat from Owens and Sons its a tandem axel trailer in all Aluminum and Stainless. Also in 2013 I put a New motor on the boat. I also put on a new Atlas Jack plate at this time. She has a 2013 Etec 200 HO. It has several more years of full warrantee. The boat has a Minn Kota Riptide Trolling Motor with the master repair extension handle. The boat has an Aluminum 55 gallon fuel tank. WOT Fully loaded is 49.
Also in 2012 all the seat cushions were replaced.
In June of 2014 I had a new Bimini top made as well as a new full boat cover center console cover and motor cover.
The motor has 120 hours on it. It has a Garmin GPS Chart plotter with XM weather on a 8 inch screen. The hull is Oyster White
The Motor was $17,600
The Trailer cost a little over $5000
The Troller was $1000
All new canvass work in June cost me 3750.00
I put in all Odyssey Batteries @$550 each
I just got off the phone with ETec and the warrantee I purchased with the motor was a 3 + 2 and runs out on 11/28/ 2017. Also missing I the description of the boat are a few options the boat has
On Board Battery Charger
Stealth AC / DC charge on the go system to all batteries
Raw water wash down
Bubbler for small live well - this keeps shrimp alive very good on road trips
I also added controls inside the rear compartment so you can operate the Atlas jack plate from outside the boat when washing and lastly the main live well also has a recirc pump as well.
The only reason I am selling is to move up in size the boat needs literally nothing everything thing works and operated perfectly and she is a turn key right for the right person. Feel free to shoot me a PM or a phone call at 954-658-zero zero 94. Matt
