Repowering because of a blown counter rotating engine.
Port engine (SR) is running and has all maintenance records since we took ownership of this boat.
When there was an issue it was corrected without hesitation.
Oil change and LU oil every 100hrs, pulled lower unit and changed impellers every 200hrs.
Do not have exact engine hrs but the tach shows ~1200 when it does its thing at startup.
There is a ding on the lower unit.
It was there when we bought it.
Have never noticed it to effect performance.
Starboard engine (CR) is blown.
A head gasket failure allowed salt water into the engine oil and the rest is history.
There are a bunch of parts on this engine however, including a counter rotating lower unit with no damage whatsoever.
Computer, starter, fuel pump, fuel rail, etc.
This will be a parts only situation as the block and heads have significant damage and would need to be machined and rebuilt.
I am not a mechanic, so any technical questions I cannot answer.
I can answer what I know, however, and can provide pics of anything requested.
Asking $5000 for all of it.
