This is a nice and really clean boat. One of the last "classic" model designed by Bob Dougherty and built in Rockland, MA. It really is the best of both worlds between a Montauk and an Outrage 18. It has the smoother and dry ride of the Outrage deeper V hull, all while having the ease of trailering, handling and economy of the Montauk, plus some features not even found in the Outrage 18, like the added storage (taller console, stern boxes, under-RPS cooler), additional seating (stern quarter seats with backrests) and livewell. Not many of them were made, and fewer are still functionals, let alone in that condition.
Here are the details, with all the features/upgrades:

Asking $15,500 US. I have all the titles for the boat, outboard and trailer. Boat is located in Montreal, QC, Canada, but was originally bought in the US (South Carolina) in 2012.
As I got a few questions regarding the border crossing procedure, I've been today at the Champlain, NY customs office (I'm only 40 miles north of the border). They checked all the papers (titles, bills of sale, registration) and everything was fine.
Even if the buyer didn't have a passport, we could meet there at the customs office and, with a proper contract of sale, the buyer will have to "import" the boat, which mean some paperwork but no fees, and will then be responsible to register it in his own state. There's even a place to sea trial it 10 minutes from there, in Rouses Point on Lake Champlain.
