I got this old Spico V drive in a trade and I realize that I have too many boats so this one is up for sale. I believe that she is a 1962 Spico. It is 17' in length and appears to have good stringers and floors. There is some de-lam and rot at the cut outs for the TT exhaust. There are some cracks at the cap transition. As far as hardware it comes with a Casale top loader that is not the parallel style. It shifts in and out easily and turns with ease. Gears come out to about 1.15:1. The rudder is missing but it does have the Hall-Craft 1" quadrant and Hall-Craft stringer mounted foot throttle pedal. Steering shaft and lower sprocket it there as well. No steering cables or pulleys. The prop shaft is also still in the boat and does turn. There is a locking cavitation handle is is seized up but could be made usable. There are no cavitation rods. The cavitation plate is missing a few of the turnbuckles. Most recent Coast Guard sticker is from 1995. There are also 2 plastic tapered gunnel fuel tanks. The deck mounted gauge pod is a Deebold Marine brand with an electric tach. There are stringer mounts for the motor mounts but no engine manufacturer specific engine mounts. Rumor was that it had Pontiac power originally but I can't find any hardware to corroborate that story. The interior is pretty much only good for patterns for the new interior. Trailer is very sturdy and has 4 matching Western wheels. Missing 1 center cap. The chrome at the center caps is peeling. The 14" tires should make the journey to her new home with ease. The trailer will need to be re wired before it makes its next trip. She is a project for sure but will be very cool and able to haul you and 4 of your friends when she gets restored. Boat is located in the Boise Idaho area. I'm asking $1500. You can PM me or call me @ 208-409-7911 I have a few more pictures that I can send to you via e mail if you are interested. Boat and trailer will be sold with "Bill of sale only". Thanks in advance for you interest.
