Boat is a 1976 Barron Sprint K boat and has a pro built 523" Chevy, Blown Alcohol engine built by QMP (Quarter Mile Performance) in Chatsworth, CA. The engine dynode at 1,319 HP and has dyno time plus about 2 hours run time in the boat. Everything is dialed in and works perfectly. The Split Case Casale V-Drive was gone through by Canyon Marine and has new 40% Right hand gears, new bearings and a new Whirl-A-Way, new 1" prop shaft and all Cav plate hardware from Bergeron Engineering, New Menkins 11" X 16 steel prop detailed by Kindsvater, & Rewarder Zoomies. Trailer has new tires and lights.
Engine Details: 523 cubic inches, Dart tall deck block, 4.560" bore x 4.00" stroke, Calles crank and rods, Race Tech pistons 10.9:1 compression plus 2 spares, Brodix Aluminum heads, ported and polished with Titanium valves and retainers and dual springs. Jessel belt drive cam, Comp solid roller cam and lifters, Shaft rockers with needle bearings, Fresh 871 blower with Teflon seals, Enderle Bird Catcher. Engine has dyno time plus about 2 hours run time in the boat at 4000-5000 rpm. Two spare sets of drive pulleys for the blower with different ratios.
Custom storage cover and custom cover to go over the side deck of the boat when working on it.
