Fantastic catamaran with two 135hp Evinrudes, nice cabin, and great fuel economy. The engines have only 350 hours and run great. This boat is fully loaded and upgraded to be the perfect fishing/diving machine. The boat is a 2001 model and one of the better production years for Twin Vee - very solid. Boat is stored on the aluminum trailer, which is included, in Oxnard, CA.
This is probably one of the best riding boats I have owned and is great in the 2-3? chop I see here in Southern California and no one has ever gotten seasick on it. The low freeboard is a plus (unless you are a hard core bottom fisherman who needs mid-thigh support) for diving/spearfishing as the low gunnels make for an easy exit wearing gear. I was averaging 2mpg at 25-30mph with divers and gear aboard and there is more deck space than just about any boat up to 30?. Even cruised home on one motor doing 18mph when I had a fuel pump issue on the other (since replaced). Tows easily with a F150 or equivalent.

This boat has basically been completely refitted during my ownership. I replaced and upgraded the entire electrical system and all wiring, added two analog hour meters for the engines (installed under the dash), hinged the entire dash panel for easier access, replaced all of the fuel and water hoses, replaced shift and throttle cables, added additional storage areas in rear compartments, installed new white hatches (to match the surrounding finish) and deck scuppers, had the props tuned, gpgraded steering to hydraulic Accu-steer system
Top quality fiberglass work was done to address the known Twin Vee issues. The deck was also completely refinished and new non-skid texture applied. The gunnels have been widened and reinforced. At the same time, I had custom on-deck storage fabricated for up to eight scuba tanks and spearguns or fishing rods. I had a fiberglass ice chest holder fabricated which doubles as a bench seat. The hull was buffed and all of the old decals removed for a cleaner appearance. All told, over $16,000 was spent with the fiberglass shop.
I paid $26,500 for the boat and had it shipped out to California from Florida. I then spent $20,000 upgrading just about everything and another $2,800 to service the motors and attend to other mechanical issues. I enjoyed the boat for a little while before deciding to have all of the fiberglass work described above commissioned. I have a folder full of receipts showing all of this and more to the tune of over $70k. Also includes all of the manuals and books. Registration paid through 2015 and I have separate CA titles for the boat and trailer. Please email with any questions. Asking $38,000.
