Hello everyone. I am posting my STi for sale. I purchased the car at 48.9k miles. This car has been one of my favorites. I will be sad to see it go. The car has been incredibly reliable for me in the two years I've owned it. I could not keep myself from driving it like the previous owner did and the car is sitting at 73k miles currently, which will go up until the sale as it is my daily driver.
There are some issues that I will bring to light first. The car leaks oil from the oil filter housing. I top it off every tank of gas with about 1/4 quart. Another issue is that I have smoked in the car. I have not smoked in the car for a few months now and I have washed the headliner, seats, and floorboards very well since then to get rid of any smell that may have been left over. The struts make the typical clunks from non-rebuilt STi struts although if the car doesn't sell ill be installing grease fittings in the struts to help that problem. The stereo system is not very good either. There's a fog light out that I have a bulb for and a mudflap is missing. There's an ABS sensor out that will be replaced soon as well. I will continue to update this as I remember things.
On to the positives, as I said the car has had a keen eye on oil, coolant, and all other fluids. It has never gave me any trouble beyond routine maintenance. The car received a new Kentucky Clutch Stage 2 clutch in December. Beyond that, I have a list of the modifications on the car as of now.

cobb tuner with stage 2 base map tune installed
tanabe dress master lowering springs on stock sti struts
perrin adjustable front and rear sway bars
front h bar
rear t bars
curt trailer hitch with ball hitch(just in case)
kartboy shifter bushings and whiteline rack and pinion bushings
front and rear strut tower bars
have all 4 dba kangaroo paw rotors
bug eye interior door cards and front and rear seats but still has sti carpet(driver side floor mat is in bad condition)
kart boy end links and wrx foglights with factory harness and switch
autometer phantom boost oil pressure and oil temp guages
I run Rotella T6 in the winter and Motul 300v in the summer.
The tranny fluid and both differentials changed with factory Subaru fluids.
For $13,000 I'll include the factory 5x100 gold STi BBS's with 2 good Bridgestone Blizzaks and the Tenzo R wheels currently on the car with an extra set of 5 tires at 65-70% tread, some DW 750's, a v1 accessport, and some other odds and ends with the car.
