It has had masses spent on upgrades, servicing and has been maintained by Jon Mitchell while in my possession. I can no longer drive it due to a severe back problem and therefore cannot justify the outlay and upkeep of having it as a second car (I now drive a Mazda RX8 PZ). Unfortunately it hasn't been driven since the beginning of November 2010. It is no longer taxed (on a SORN) or MOT'd. I have all the history and receipts for the servicing and upgrades and most of the service history from the previous owner who serviced it at Porsche Centre Bournemouth who may be able to fill in any holes.
It is an absolutely ideal car for someone to use as a track day project (as I have already made the start) or even rebuild as a race car. The engine and car are very solid it just needs someone to finish it. It is very quick, not just for a 25 year old car but for a modern car and I have surprised many an M3 or Boxster driver with it!
My biggest regret with this car is I will never get to drive it finished.
One of the cheapest Turbo's you will find for sale, they usually sell for Â£6k plus!. Â£2,995 ONO.

Suspension bushes need replacing all round.
Small amount of rust on the front of the sills where they meet the back of the front wheel arch.
Central locking on passenger door (probably just the solenoid).
Air con can stick on hot, known problem with 944's, I have the part but due to the aforementioned back problem I haven't been able to fix it.
Small leak in the PAS reservoir.
A few other minor niggles.
