This is a great base to work from - drive it while you fix some stuff, or just drive it for less than a used Toyota Corolla and sell it for the same you bought it for in a few years.
It starts and runs well, though it has been sitting for a few years, so I would suggest an oil change and brake fluid flush to be conscientious. It has a sunroof, an aftermarket head unit, and Carrera 4 multi-piece wheels as upgrades (even though it is a rwd Carrera 2), as well as full tread tires with very few miles.
I have the car fax, and it indicates no reported accidents, and reports 5 owners, but one long-term Colorado owner since 2008 (other than the inherited owner currently selling). It does have some dents and scrapes, which I have photographs of to show - but that's why I'm asking the low price.
It has a performance intake and exhaust, which make it sound really good and add some power. It has relatively low miles at 94, 694, and oil was changed at 94,149, however that was a few years ago.
