1. Benchmade 5400 Serum Dual Action Axis - brand new in box - $180
Can be deployed manually with the dual thumbstuds or automatically by pulling back on the Axis lock
8.17 in. overall with a 3.47 in satin finished drop-point blade
Blade is dead center
Has never been used or carried
Comes with all the original packaging but the box is slightly worn
2. Benchmade 522SBK Presidio Ultra - carried and lightly used - $80
Full black design; 3.47 in. partially serrated blade
Textured Noryl GTX handle scales
This is a catch and release so I'm not the first owner but I'll do my best to show and describe the condition:
Pivot needs to be tightened; the blade rattles a bit in the handle when closed and has some side-to-side blade play; no vertical play
There are small spots on the pocket clip where the coating has rubbed off
Some faint marks on the coating of the blade that are only visible under the right angle and light
The spine of the blade has very light wear on the corners
The coating on the side of the stainless steel liners has light scratches
Did not come with the box
Most of these issues are either superficial or reparable so I believe that there is still plenty of life left in the knife. You would have to closely examine the knife to even see any of them.
3. Benchmade 477-1 Emissary 3.5 Axis-Assist Aqua - very good condition - $150
Osborne design
Satin finished 3.45 in. CPM-S30V drop-point blade; Axis lock assisted-opening folder with a safety
Aqua blue anodized aluminum alloy handle with a powder-coat texture
Deep-carry pocketclip; right or left tip-up carry
Blade is perfectly centered
This knife was used as a display model but is still in good condition. There are a few scratches in the coating of the handle that are invisible under most lighting. I was only able to get it the show up in one photo.
Comes with all the original packaging and paperwork; the box shows wear on one corner and has a sticker that says "Display Box" on the bottom
4. Benchmade 698 Foray - First Production #33 of 1000 - brand new in box - $200
CMP-20CV blade steel; satin finished 3.24 in. blade
Sculpted black G10 handle scales with stainless steel liners
Deep-carry reversible pocket clip; tip-up only
Never carried or used; mint condition; blade is dead center
Comes with all the original packaging
5. Benchmade 909S AXIS Stryker - like new in box - $140 --> $135
Very lightly used; no signs of wear
Stonewashed, partially serrated tanto blade
Axis lock folder
High traction G10 scales
Will arrive in the original packaging
6. Benchmade 921 Switchback - near mint condition - $250
Warren Osborne design
First production of a rare, discontinued model; #357 of 500
Main blade is S30V features an Axis lock while the secondary slipjoint blade is 440C
Black aluminum handles
Both blades are dead center
Comes with all the original packaging
I am not the first owner but as far as I can tell, the knife has been very well taken care of over the years. It doesn't look like it has been used or even carried much. The only imperfections I could find were faint marks on the pocketclip that I couldn't get on camera.
7. Benchmade 860 Bedlam - near mint condition - $180
Large Persian-style blade with a satin finish and a plain edge
Manual action
Very faint scratches in the coating of the liners; only visible under the right light and angle
Missing the pouch and the box is a bit beat up
