I'm the 2nd owner of this 04' KLR650 with 9.5k miles on it and the Doohicky is done!
This KLR was originally that pretty pink/red and now is rattle can black. Black aluminum skid plate.
Supermoto fender. Fresh handle bars. KLX needle and jetted for Lexx Exhaust. Stock exhaust included. Idle mixture adjustment knob with richer Pilot Jet. KLR's are notoriously lean and stall easily; not this one. Saddleman seat cover. Tank bag. Center-stand. Repair Manual & Owner's Manual. Tons of other stuff if you don't low-ball me. Has a 320mm front rotor and Eagle Mike fork brace. Progressive fork springs. Stainless front brake line. Fuses relocated and converted to blade type. Fresh battery kept on a tender with a pig-tail. Wider Pegs; stock are junk.
Has Kenda 705's & I should have a newer pair available soon.
Left bottom front of tank has a small dent and the radiator fairings are crap;
looks fine from a few feet away depending on how old you are.
But they do
have a great radiator guard under them!
The fairing frame is ever so slightly bent, it's barely noticeable.
Of course this bike has fallen over; once with me during the bloody earthquake.
I've 2 small children, and too many toys, something's got to give.
