BARF Price: $8500 firm. It's on CL for 9k.
Here is a great condition 2010 BMW S1000RR for sale with 16,046 on the clock. Located in the city of SF. Clean title in hand & registration valid until 2/18/2018 (not a typo). It's tri-color, which was an option for that year. The original year tri-color will potentially look even better than this years model. Most people think it's a brand new bike, since I spend most of my time washing it. Here are some of the options it came with from the factory:
Quick-shifter (up only)
Riding modes: Wet, Sport, Race, slick
It doesn't have heated grips, and it doesn't have cruise control.
It has a really good set of Dunlop Q3's with 1,000 miles on them. It also has new Gaffer rotors & pads with the same 1,000 miles on them. Last oil change was 5/1/2016 at 13,500 miles with full synthetic 5W40.
You will notice in the photos the service indicator is on, as I've been servicing the bike myself for the last year. BMW's service lights come on if you don't take it to a shop 1x per year, and this year's up. The bike need nothing for another several thousand miles.
Service records from previous BMW employee who took it to the dealer for service
'red' key for slick mode
The bike can be very smooth on city streets, and an absolute blast along the coastal roads. The brakes are smooth as glass when decelerating quickly. The quickshifter is in perfect condition, and it's great for full throttle upshifts. It has frame sliders to prevent major problems if you tip it over in the garage.
This was my 2nd bike, and sickness forces sale. Sick of girlfriend's nagging.
Special BARF info: 3 trackdays on it in group C, and it will need the 'big' service at 18,000.
