1995 916 monoposto with 7,800 miles. AFAIK the only derivation from stock are the braided steel brake lines and Termis. A real surviving first-year-sold-in-USA, Ohlin shock, Cagiva-made, red 916. The bike that "changed everything" back in the day.
This 916 I purchased from a middle aged adult with 6k miles on it, and has been ridden lightly since. It's a beautiful machine, and runs just great.
It comes with a Pit Bull rear stand, some stock mufflers, and a handful of oil filters/O-rings. Clear Cali title in hand.
Belts should be done, as they've "timed out". There are, and these are so small as to be barely seen, 2 of the tiniest dings in the tank (paint is fine). Don't know how they got there...didn't notice them when I bought it, and won't show in photos, but I did want to divulge them. Otherwise, there is light wear on the heel guards and some minor tire mounting scratches on the wheels.
Asking $8,000 obo, in LA area.
