Valentino Rossi did not end up back with Yamaha for no reason, that's because he know's what's the best and so should you. Thanks for looking, you have come to the end of your bike search quest and rest assure, you are looking at one of the cleanest, well maintained motorcycles that money can buy.
Location: Georgetown, DE
2006 Yamaha YZF-R6 (aka R6)
Clean title, no accidents
Service history and parts:
-New fork seals and service: 04/2014 by Diamond Motorsports
-New spark plugs 03/2015
-Engine Ice coolant 07/2015, if you're still using the cheap green coolant from Walmart, do yourself a favor and drain that sh** out now. It corrodes aluminum engines. You're welcome.
-Metzeler Sportec M5 front and rear tires 03/2015, 85%
-Galfer Super Sport brake pads and stainless steel braided brake lines - 03/2015
-BMC Air Filter
-Graves smog block off plates
-Power Commander III
-GYTR shorty exhaust
-05 r6 header mod, no cat converter, wrapped in titanium exhaust wrap all the way to the mufler
-GPR steering stabilizer
-RENTHAL 15T front and 45T rear sprockets with 520 chain, not to worry, the bike has been calibrated with a Speedo Healer. So no wrong mileage or speeds.
-CNC adjustable brake and clutch levers
-Flush mounted turn signals
-Flush mounted tail and license plate (yes, its lit for nigh riding)
I do have all of the OEM turn signals and rear fender. Even better, the bike is pre-wired so the process of swapping everything literally involves a couple quick disconnect harness swaps.
Bike is also equipped with a relay which makes the brake light pulsate for a few seconds, this may get the distracted asshole behind you who is texting to look up.
So, I know what you're thinking.."I'm on a budget, I like the bike, but my piggy bank won't allow for any riding gear". Not to worry, included a HJC FG-17 (med) helmet paired with a nice Icon Contra jacket. Just get your own gloves and hop on.
So you're tires do not develop flat spots and makes the bike maintenance a breeze, the front and rear bike stands also included.
