For sale is a nearly new Fossil CH2592 Del Rey chronograph.
This watch is discontinued and hard to purchase new.
This watch features a slightly domed mineral crystal, a sunburst light beige main dial with blue sub-dials and a blue outer chapter ring, with a stainless steel case with both brushed and polished surfaces. The central second hand only operates when the chronograph function is engaged, and the sub-dials have a 24hr indicator and a minute counter for the chronograph.
There is a date indicator at 6 o'clock for nice symmetry.
The chronograph movement is the desirable Seiko VK64 mecha-quartz, which uses a battery to power the timekeeping functions, but a mechanical chronograph reset function so that the central second hand snaps immediately to zero/12 o'clock when resetting the chrono.
Most quartz chronographs take most of a second for the hand to rotate around, whereas this movement resets instantaneously like a true mechanical chronograph.
The watch comes on a stainless steel bracelet with all original links, plus an extra Fossil brown leather rally strap (which has quick-release spring bars). A Fossil box will be included.
I have only lightly worn the watch this year, there are no major scratches or marks on it.
