The Jaeger-LeCoultre "Memovox" wrist alarm was introduced at the Basel watch fair in 1949. The calibre K910 alarm movement was made by JLC between 1962 and 1979, which effectively dates this piece to that era. I purchased this Memovox in January 2018 at an NAWCC watch show, and had it serviced by my watchmaker. Here's the details: JAEGER-LeCOULTRE ("Memovox" Wrist Alarm) - Signed 35x43mm 10k .375 solid gold snapback case (#14892) with bombe lugs and dual crowns at 2:00 and 4:00, signed 17 jewel alarm movement (calibre K910, #18131xx), excellent original signed silver satin dial with rotating inner alarm disc (controlled by the crown at 2:00, to set alarm time), outer chapter ring with raised gold stick markers and raised gold arabic numerals at the quarters, gold stick hands and sweep seconds, brand new unworn Rios genuine crocodile strap. The signed single piece case (#14892) is hallmarked .375 10k gold. The signed 17 jewel calibre K814 alarm movement has just been serviced by my watchmaker, and is running fine, keeping excellent time, and the alarm function works as designed. The original silver satin dial is in excellent condition, and features a rotating inner alarm disc with raised hour markers and arabic numerals at the quarters, which is signed "Jaeger-LeCoultre" at 12:00. The watch is finished on a brand new Rios genuine crocodile strap. VINTAGE JAEGER-LeCOULTRE "MEMOVOX" WRIST ALARM - JUST SERVICED BY MY WATCHMAKER!
