For sale is my Marcello C Nettuno 3. It has been a regular wearer for me for five years.
It is different from most Nettunos in a few respects: first, it has the less-common dial with applied stick markers rather than the Marcello's usual funky markers, and attractive sword hands instead of Mercedes hands. This gives it the watch a handsome appearance distinct from the many Sub homages out there. It also has a white-on-black date -- another nice touch that sets it apart. Finally, as a 2007/A it has a sapphire display back rather than the more common solid back, showing off the ETA 2824-2 movement and signed rotor.
The rest of the specs are typical Nettuno 3: 300m water-resistant, sapphire crystal, 40mm case, brushed bracelet with polished sides, diver's extension, signed crown and clasp, etc.
Mine was fully serviced two years ago, and runs -4 or -5 seconds per day.
Condition is good. The crystal and cyclops are unmarked. There are desk-diving marks on the clasp and bracelet, hairline scratches on the case sides and lugs here and there -- usual daily-wear stuff. As you can see in the pictures, there are also a few nicks in the aluminum bezel insert. Some people think those are appropriate scars for a dive watch; if you don't, the garden-variety Sub-style insert shouldn't be too hard or expensive to replace.
In addition to the watch, I'm including the Marcello C leather case, original black-on-white date ring, and extra links.
Big reduction to $399 for this uncommon watch, and I'll cover Paypal fees plus insured shipping in CONUS. I only lurk intermittently in watch sites, so you'll see that although I've been a WUS member for over five years I don't have many posts. I have sold three watches here, though, and have 100% positive Ebay feedback. Please feel free to message me with any questions or offers. Thanks for looking.
