Description

Hi all, selling a Helgray Silverstone in the very attractive Panda variant. The watch is in good condition and runs well. I did not get this on the recent sale, but will take that pricing into consideration as I ask for $190 PPed and shipped insured in the states.
The price includes the pictured items. The watch, the rally strap (a bonus not in the recent sale I believe), original strap, original deployant, an extra Omega style deployant, the box, a new tool. If you are looking for a solid mecaquartz panda this is a good option. I am selling because I find the 5 o'clock lug digs into my wrist, as reported by some reviewers. I must have flat wrists.
The straps are nice, but the rally is too long for me. The original helgray has been modified (keepers removed) for the Omega deployant. Since there is no tang hole, this was my only option because I don't like butterfly deployants.
It's an upgrade, trust me.
Not sure how I feel about no second hand, but it certainly makes for a clean dial, so there is that. I also like that the subdial hands are lumed, a nice touch.
The bracelet is sized for a 6.75" wrist but I have all the extra links pictured, including friction pins. The bracelet shows nominal wear.
The case and crystal are also clear. The majority of marks are on the polished bezel in the form of hairlines, aside from one small nick near the 7 o'clock marker. Please see pics for the condition. It's the kind of edge nick I can see in some lights but not others. I can feel it with my nail but not my finger tip. If that helps at all. I would polish it out a bit but the darn thing (the bezel) is on three planes, meaning I need to polish each one separately with a cape cod wrapped around a small stick or pen. Not something I am going to do for a non-keeper.
Always happy to post more pics if you need them.
Please check my feedback.
