In 1960, Grant Stockdale, a friend and political donor, gave John Kennedy an OMEGA Ultra Thin watch that was later seen on Kennedy?s wrist during his inauguration. The January 27, 1961 edition of Life magazine contains a story of Kennedy?s inauguration and has a photo of the watch on his wrist. (A copy of the magazine will be included with the watch.) The watch was worn by Kennedy through most of his presidency and is now in the Omega Museum in Biel, Switzerland.
This Limited Edition commemorates the original and is an elegant dress watch.
