Up for sale is a brand new, never used, never worn JeanRichard Terrascope Chronograph Carbon watch, limited edition of 200.
This watch comes with all of the original packaging, JR rubber strap with titanium fold over buckle, JR66 43 jewel Swiss automatic movement, and a 2 year warranty.
Original retail is $9,300.
You can see from the pictures that the carbon fiber is formed in sheets and then machined into the final shape.
The whole case (except for the titanium caseback) is made from carbon fiber this way.
This is a very expensive way of making a watch.
Although you can see the layers of carbon fiber and it looks striated, the actual surface of the watch is machined buttery smooth.
The carbon fiber manufacturing method appears to be similar to what Ricahrd Mille uses in their NPTP watch.
Just for comparison, the Richard Mille carbon fiber watch made using the same methodology costs $105,000 Euro!
You can have this one for either $2,900 with PayPal payment or $2,800 with payment through check, money order, or bank transfer.
CONUS only please, no trades except for maybe a bronze diver.
