If you follow vintage Seikos, you know that they've been product placed in quite a few movies.
Back in 1985, in the James Bond Movie "A View to a Kill", we have the Seiko 7A28-7020 1/10 Sec Quartz Chronograph.
Cal. 7A28 needs no introduction, it was the world's first quartz chronograph caliber when introduced in 1983.
Built to last and overengineered with 15 Jewels, most of these watches run to this day.
This watch dates to February 1983 based on the caseback; an early production run.
Crystal is free of scratches, a fleck of debris underneath; excellent shape.
Dial is excellent, free of staining.
Case and caseback show some scratches but no dents.
Crown and in good shape and the chronograph buttons depress well and are not sticky; subregisters and center seconds reset properly to zero.
Movement looks clean; the battery has been changed last year.
The original Seiko SQ bracelet is included; slightly worn, but comfortably fits my 7.5 inch wrist with three extra microadjustments. No/box/paper/tags. Don't miss out on a very collectible and robust Seiko 7A28 chronograph!Shipping: Priority ConUS shipping is free and preferred.
However I will consider International Offers on a case-by-case basis.
Thanks for "A Viewing"!
