Laco Support chrono #27 of 44

The "Support Laco" chronograph was released as a fundraising effort when Laco had some financial struggles a few years back. From the looks of it, they've turned the corner. This was, at the time, my first grail that I thought was realistically attainable. I was late to the party, but was fortunate enough to purchase #27 from the original owner.
The watch is 42mm wide and about 15mm thick. The tall, smooth sides and thin lugs about halfway up make the watch wear like nothing else I've ever owned. On a riveted strap it has a ton of wrist presence without a hint of flash or pretentiousness. It's just effortlessly cool looking. The chrono pushers and stealth sudials add just a touch of visual interest to the watch without spoiling the theme.
My photography sucks, but there are some photos that actually do the watch justice here:Please post your "Support Laco Chrono" pics here>>>
The 7750 movement is visible through the display back, and the rotor is signed and engraved with the limited edition number. The movement functions as it should, and the hands reset to zero perfectly.
The watch has been worn and enjoyed, and shows signs of use. Most of them are shallow marks in the bead blasted finish, with the worst being the pictured ding on the bezel near 6. This was a daily wear watch for a few months while my main grab and go watch was out for repair, but otherwise was a watch that I wore only on occasion since leather season is short in Florida, and need a date complication for work.
This watch has been a mainstay through a number of collection resets, including five or six other Laco and Stowa fliegers that did not survive the cuts. I recently added a much more expensive pilot watch to my collection on the condition that I offer this one for sale. I'll be tempted to withdraw it if my other listings sell.
Inner and outer boxes, paperwork, Laco brown riveted strap, Laco black riveted strap, and a brown alligator grain strap are included.
$795 with shipping and PayPal included in the CONUS. International at my discretion, and at your expense and risk. Lowball offers will be enthusiastically deleted with phaser sound effects.
