Up for grabs vintage Omega in great condition.
36 mm stainless steel case, with 18 mm lugs, screwdown caseback, large chunky lugs, and great still original combo of brushed and polished surfaces. Most of vintage Omegas have a "hey, lets polish it to hide hairlines" syndrome resulting in shiny examples that look great at first. This one keeps original brushed top of the lugs and sides of the case and polished bezel, just the way it should be. Sure.. There are hairlines on bezel and case but the original geometry and finish is still here.
Dial is also great, with vertical brushed silver surface, baton hands with black inlay and tritium filling, stick markers that also have tritium dots on ends and subtle Omega Geneve markings. Even date does not seem out of place and this should be designer workbook how simplicity does great without being minimalistic or just plain empty.
Watch is run by Omega cal. 1030, handwound and reliable movement, with quickdate shift, serviced, running great. I will post pictures of movement as soon as I get the proper tools.
Watch comes with all original parts, including engraved acrylic crystal and original signed crown, fitted on Morelatto leather strap.
Price is 289$ + shipping. I am in Croatia, EU.
