Turn key offshore ready center console
Available on
Eastern Long Island

1997 Stamas Tarpon 290 with 2008 Suzuki DF250s with just under 600 hours.
This Stamas is a heavy duty long range center console fishing boat that can run with and fish with the best of them. It has tons of room for ice and fish storage, two live wells, and impressive cockpit that rivals many sport fishers. A 300 gallon fuel capacity and fuel efficient 4 stroke Suzuki's provide plenty of range. A large step down center console provides plenty of room for storage.
I purchased the boat in 09' and have updated and dialed this boat in for offshore fishing. Wiring, electronics, hoses have been updated.
I had the bottom blasted and barrier coated 3 years ago and have had great success with petit ablative bottom paint.
Some highlights on this impressive offshore center console include:
3 bank pro mariner prosport battery charger
replacement salt water wash down pump
custom console enclosure and wings
Furuno navnet vx2 plotter/radar with XM weather and sea surface temp
Furuno 585 sounder
Sitex temperature sensor
Sitex autopilot
2 vhfs with one new standard horizon with the ais feature
4 rule bilge pumps with all new wiring and float switches
high water alarm
Taco outriggers and custom center rigger
Custom ski post/battle station
toe rails
go light remote spotlight
elevated radar/spotlight mount
4 spreader lights including a rear LED spreader light
red LED undergunnel lighting
Dual stereo with inputs, Sony amp and 8 speakers
Cushions are a few years old, but in great shape. I never kept them on the boat.
Lowrance lmf 400 fuel monitoring system
BEP marine battery cluster with emergency parallel
many storage trays/cup holders that are strategically placed throughout the boat
magma cutting boat on a v lock that can be moved to either side of the boat
Triple axle American boat trailer with new bearings
Listed below are the factory specs that I copied and pasted. I have many more pictures that I can email upon request. The boat is solid and in good shape. Like nearly all boats that have been used there are a few minor hairline stress cracks that I have sealed. The boat is located indoors on Eastern Long Island and can be seen at any time. I can't honestly remember the fuel burn numbers off the top of my head, I just monitored the Lowrance guage and never had any problems. I have fished many of the canyons off of LI without any fuel issues. If you have read this far you are probably interested in rod holders. From the pictures you can see I have added many. I have a new Boone Tuna Eye's lure that I will send to the first person who correctly identifies the number of rod holders on this boat. It will be tough to let this Stamas go, but I am looking at moving up. The boat is ready for spring. I just performed all service on the motors. Asking price $55,000 available with or without trailer
