OK, so it's
its back to 4 strings.
I recently acquired these two bases here, and while they are excellent instruments and all you would expect them to be, I have had to come to the sad conclusion that 5 strings just is not for me.
The following are excerpts from my classified ads for each, which contain not only my own pictures, but some from the previous sales threads.
Please keep any offers in PM form.
Excellent condition, great playing and sounding Spector Euro5LX. Has only one shallow dent (on the upper forearm edge area) , barely visible unless you're looking for it.
I installed a John East Uni-pre preamp and it's incredible.
Also installed Hipshot O-ring stacked knobs.
Original Aguilar OBP-2 preamp included, as are original knobs and East Preamp knobs. Comes with Spector gig bag.
Dual J EMG
East Uni-pre preamp/Aguilar OBP-2
Dunlop Straplocks (Flush Mount)

2006 Dingwall AB 1.5
In almost pristine condition, this Dingwall Afterburner sounds huge and plays great.
This beauty is extremely light, especially for a five string at 8.1 lbs. It has the Dingwall Ptone neck pickup, as well as the original neck pickup. In addition to the beautiful flamed maple top, it also has a flamed alder body (don't see this anymore), BlueQube switch, passive electronics, and maple neck with wenge fingerboard.
HSC included, will take more pics upon request.
