Beautiful sporter with 5-round detachable mag. Turkish walnut, 22" hammer forged barrel, with mauser-style bolt and matching 1" CZ rings (included). 2013 production.
CZ's website clearly states that it's perfectly fine to run 5.56 rounds due to their higher pressure design specs, though I've never tried.
200 carefully fired rounds through it and always cleaned with a great deal of care.
Rings were lapped and barrel lug area bedded by 1776 Gunsmithing ($150) as wood stocks are always improved this way.
Rifle shows as if new with just 2 tiny dings in the stock's satin overcoat.
I am getting highly repeated MOA groups at 100 yards with a variety of factory hunting rounds up to 55 gr.
Unlike gas ported semi-autos, the barrels 1/12 twist at 22" has no problem stabilizing rounds up to 62 gr.
This is a really accurate rifle and would make an excellent companion for precision shooting for the AR owner.
I will include a Mike Lucas bore guide custom made for this rifle (requires Dewey coated cleaning rod in .22 cal.) for an extra $30. ($65 new)
Paid $650 with rings, plus $150 for bedding/scope lapping. Asking a very fair $475 firm.
Selling to fund yet another project.
