BARF - you know I love these things. Three more builds nearing completion, this one is sorted and ready to go. Message me here, call, or text seven752 5026 seven4
From CL ad: Really clean cult classic - Honda NT650 Hawk GT RC31. Tastefully modified with hard to find Supertrapp full system (in near mint condition), Woodcraft clipons, Fox Twin Clicker shock, WW/R lightweight tail tidy, WW/R res mount, adjustable levers, CRG bar end mirrors, Braking wave rotor, Galfer braided lines, new chain/sprockets and more.
Low miles - 32,000. Just completed full service and going over with fresh oil, fork seals, and fluids by the region's leading NT650 expert (me!). Runs and rides perfect. Carbs are jetted for stock airbox and about 2,000 ft elevation - runs well enough even at 4,500 ft. Reno elevation. Negotiable - I can upgrade to stage 3 jetting and pods (makes significantly more power in general - check hordpower.com for dyno charts)as well as stock bars are available should you prefer the more relaxed/stock riding position.
Center-stand still intact, Michelin Pilot tires near new with tons of life left, strong battery, everything works as it should. These are fantastic bikes and finding clean examples gets tougher every day.
Full disclosure:
A) The right side (clutch) cover was replaced by previous owner when swapping clutch for new - they overused some sealant, so you can see a touch of orange goo there
B) One bolt on the diffuser pack for the Supertrapp is stripped - common for these style exhausts
C) There is a crack in the H4 headlight lens. I should have another here at the shop I will swap out if I can dig it up.
D) Couple small nicks in the frame rail, can be seen in photos (again, reasonably common for a 27 year old bike)
Otherwise, a sweet Hawk. Cowl tabs all intact, no rust in tank, starts right up, idles proper, pulls strong, shifts right, brakes well, and handles like a sorted Hawk should.
