Hi guys, I'm listing a Breitling Bentley GT 45mm (model A13362) with arctica white dial and Breitling rubber strap with Breitling buckle. Comes with the original outer yellow box, service/travel case and certificate with matching serial number.READ THE FOLLOWING COMPLETELY PLEASE:
I sent this watch in to Breitling USA service headquarters a couple months ago for a service because of a loose jewel on the chrono bridge. Rather than replace the part they said I had to pay for a new movement for $2100(!) which of course I declined. I had the $30 ETA replacement part (ETA 7750 part 1142) installed independently and the watch has been functioning wonderfully ever since. I've included a picture with a green arrow pointing to the replaced part. If you ever want to have the watch serviced, please understand that you'll need to have it serviced independently as I'm sure Breitling will make the same bogus movement-replacement request. Again, the watch has been keeping great time and the chrono functions normally.
I wore this watch a lot. The caseback has some little dings in it. The crystal AR coating has its fair share of hairline scratches. Overall the case looks pretty good though, I'd say the pictures are pretty accurate representation of the watch.
The dial baton marker at 5 position has a slight tarnish/discoloration to it that in daylight makes it look gold instead of silver. I tried polishing it with a tiny square of Sunshine polishing cloth which hasn't improved it. The last two photos are angled photos which highlight (and kinda exaggerate) the gold coloring of that baton.
The bezel has a little play in it, nothing major. I tightened the bezel screws which helped but there is still a little play if you try to wiggle the bezel around.
Overall this is still a beautiful, well-worn watch and it keeps excellent time.
Listing for $2250 and comes with the watch in the service case and certificate with matching serial number as well as the original outer yellow Breitling cardboard box. Free insured shipping included. Will consider shipping to Europe as well.
