The Calibre 28.10 was the second iteration of Omega's first self winding movement, introduced in 1942, and was the movement used in the first automatic Seamaster in 1948 and Constellation in 1952. The inner case back shows many watchmaker markings, indicating that this timepiece has been well taken care of over the years. The serial number on the movement places the date of production at 1947. The solid 14k gold snapback case is signed Omega and is in excellent condition. The case measures 32mm in diameter (not including crown) by 37mm lug to lug. The signed 17 jewel calibre 28.10 bumper automatic movement is running fine and keeping excellent time.
