For avoidance of confusion, this is a different watch to the PAM 93 that was recently listed by me and sold (you can check deal reports for feedback from buyer for that one). This is the same model but better condition. See below for details.
For sale, I have a rare and beautiful Panerai 93. This is the close cousin of the popular and more frequently found Panerai 90 with the difference in dial color (blue vs. black) and case (titanium vs. steel). The blue dial is stunning and changes color depending on how light hits it, I have taken a couple different pictures in different light conditions to show how it can look like a deep blue and also very light. Its matched very well with the titanium case that gives it a more casual look.
The watch comes as a full set with the outer cardboard box, original wooden box, manual booklet, warranty booklet, warranty plastic card, COSC certificate, original strap changing screwdriver. This watch was purchased originally purchased in Italy (based on what I was told, I am the second owner). Watch was just serviced - not by Panerai but a very reputable and large watch store in Chicago. It is running perfect with power reserve holding 48ish hours, winding butter smooth, date changes at 12 o'clock and snaps nicely when turning the crown and the lume is still very bright. It is a D series, making it a 2001 model. All serial numbers match the box and warranty card.
It is presented on the original rubber strap which has cracking on it (pictured), but still very much wearable. Included is also the original blue alligator strap, but this has a lot of wear on it and I would deem it unusable, but I am including it nonetheless for the sake of completeness.
Overall, the watch is in excellent condition. I would rate it 9/10 - everything is pictured, but feel free to ask any questions or request additional photos if needed.
- At around 1 oclock, there is a small nick in the bezel - its certainly not large, but also likely wouldn't come out with a polish.
- In a couple other places on the bezel there are minor scuffs but nothing deep. I have taken multiple close-up and detailed pictures. Please understand these are highly exaggerated / magnified on the pictures.
- There is a very minor, barely visible scuff on the crystal between 11 and 12. It really is tiny but I disclose everything. I have done my best to capture it up close.
On the wrist, the watch wears near mint and anything listed above is barely if at all visible.
Priced at $5300 OBO plus PP fees.
This includes expedited CONUS shipping. No trades please.
I have sold watches on WUS before and have recent references in the deal report section - please let me know if you need me to provide these.
Feel free to contact me with any questions or if you would like additional / hi-res pictures.
