For sale is my prized King Seiko 5621-7000 with the white Roman numeral dial. This watch was recently serviced by Larry More of More Time, a master Seiko watchmaker. It had a full COA and a new pinion installed in January 2020. Paperwork will be included in the sale.
The watch appears to be all original and unpolished. Larry noted that the crystal wasn’t pressed all the way down and the dial had some discoloration as a result but you can’t see it (at all) with the crystal installed.
The watch keeps excellent time, has an excellent power reserve, and starts from a stop with about 10 winds or a few gentle shakes. The 56 series movement is a “hi-beat” and has one of the smoothest second hands I’ve ever seen.
The KS medallion is in great condition with only one point of discoloration at the top tip of the K.
36x42 case with 19mm lugs. It’s perfect vintage Seiko.
I’m asking $500 shipped CONUS. Will ship on a generic black leather strap. I have a trio of beautiful Analog/Shift 19mm straps that can be included at extra cost.
Selling to fund a grail. I’m sure I’ll regret it in the future but sacrifices must be made.
Thanks for looking!
